Cannot Update Class Field on Quality Test after use in Specification (Doc ID 2535566.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Quality Management Tests

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Once a Test is used on a specification, the Class and Method fields are no longer update-able on the Test.
Customer reports that with older version of GMDQTEST.fmb version 120.14.12020000.2, those fields were editable even after using the test on a spec. On newer version 120.14.12020000.11, however, they are no longer update-able after using test on a spec.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer wants the fields to be editable again

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Test (Quality Manager > Setup > Tests), entering values for Class and Method
2. Create specification that uses test
3. Retrieve Test
