Goal

How can one archive all price list lines created within a date range (ie: start date 01-JAN-2014 and end date 31-DEC-2017)?

One has attempted to do so using those dates populated with product context = Item and Product attribute = All Items and
product attribute from = ALL but found no rows are selected.
