Some Service Request Header Information Is Missing After The Debrief is Completed From The MFS Client (Doc ID 2536010.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some SR Header information is missing after the debrief is completed from OMFS Client.

For example the Instance number, Tag number and Serial number are cleared after the debrief completed from Client application.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SR Header information should not be vanished when debrief done from OMFS Client

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created SR/Task in SR Form on EBS
2. Assigned task to resource
3. Sync performed in MFS client, task is downloaded to the MFS app..
4. Debrief activity performed and perform sync to reflect the same in EBS
5. SR Header information missing in SR Form
