Symptoms

Issue

After upgrading from 12.1.2 to 12.2.8, when changing personal information in Employee Self-Service  Personal information , the following error occurs upon save.

 
ERROR



ORA-20001 There has been an error processing this person.  The error encountered is ", which occurred in procedure
per_hrtca_merge.update_tca_person at step 10. Please contact your support representative.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Employee Self-Service
  2. Personal Information
  3. Update Personal Information and save.
    The above error raises.

Upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.2.8
