On : 12.1.3 version, Change Order
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PO_WF_DEBUG_PKG does not include item type POREQCHA
Requester Change Order work flow is referring to package POR_AME_RCO_WF_PVT which is referring
to PO_WF_DEBUG_PKG internally, but PO_WF_DEBUG_PKG does not include item type POREQCHA.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Req change request workflow debug statements to be included in the PO WF debug table
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set profile option PO: WF Debug on
2. Perform Req Change Request
3. Expect POREQCHA debug statements to be inserted into PO_WF_DEBUG
