Add To IB Message Is Not Displaying In Depot Repair

On : 12.2.6 version, Repair Execution
In the Service Orders form (CSDREPLN) while creating a service order using a serial number that doesn't have an item instance, the following message is displayed after entering the serial number in the Details tab:
Serial Number entered does not exist. Do you want yo continue?
After click OK, the following error is displayed at the bottom of the form:
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Depot Repair Service Order form enter header information
2. In the Details tab, enter a serial number that doesn't have an item instance
3. Message "Serial Number entered does not exist. Do you want to continue?" is displayed
4. Click "OK"
5. The reported error occurs
