WebAdi: Non Labor Transactions issue

Using 12.1.3

Unable to load non labor Transactions through WebAdi into Project costing.

Rejection Code Meaning
 ------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 PA_EXP_ORG_NOT_ACTIVE The expenditure organization is not active or is not within the current expenditure Organization Hierarchy

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer while performing the operation from WEBADI getting the error PA_EXP_ORG_NOT_ACTIVE ., but while performing it from pre-approved batches it is working fine
