Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Receiving Functions

Work Confirmation stuck in Approved status

User created 4 Service Procurement POs via Buyer Work Center from same requisition.
Work Confirmations created and sent to approval. Approvals completed but WC is stuck in Approved status not Processed.
Rcv_shipment_lines created and Quantity_shipped fields updated but not Quantity_received.
Shipment_line_status_code= 'EXPECTED'

Lines are stuck in Transaction Status Summary window and have errorred records in rcv_transactions_interface. 2 of them have RCV_INVALID_ROI_VALUE error in po_interface_errors.
