Parts Requirement Customer Ship To Shoulf be Populated for a Related Party on PR and Internal Order Line (Doc ID 2537045.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Spares Logistics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When adding a related customer as the Ship To on the "Contacts/Addresses" tab of the service request this customer and ship to are not populated on the parts requirement and are not available in the LOV.

When no party relationship exist for the SR party/account, the customer ship to address for the part requirement is properly filled in.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Need to be able to choose the Ship To address from the SR on the parts requirements Customer type, so the generated Internal Order will pick up the related customer and the chosen Ship To address.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a SR and a Task
2. Create Parts Requirement
3. Try to choose Ship To

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Spares Management module properly
