ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rolled Up Status not filtering correctly

In the Maintain Transaction screen, when querying for transactions, the status filter doesn't appear to be working as it did in 12.1.3. All status are showing when using that field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should show only Rollup

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OIC
2. Go Compensation Manager->Tasks->Maintain Transactions
3. Change the search Status to Rolled Up
4. Click on Search
5. It shows other statuses as well
