QUICKPAY - QuickPay Run
Goal
Scenario 1
Employee is paid for Pay Period 1 by a Regular Run. Employee is paid for Pay Period 2 by a Regular Run.
Employee is paid for Pay Period 3 by a QuickPay.
On the above scenario, the employee is taxed correctly on pay periods 1 and 2.
On the pay period 3 QuickPay the taxes are being calculated by adding pay
periods 1 and 2 together, treating them as one payment instead of two payments, and then adding that amount to the pay period 3 taxes.
Scenario 2.
Employee is paid for Pay Period 1 by a Regular Run.
Employee is paid for Pay Period 2 by a QuickPay.
On the above scenario, the employee is taxed correctly on pay periods 1.
On the pay period 2 QuickPay the taxes are being calculated by from pay periods 1.
Scenario 3
Employee is paid for Pay Period 1 by a QuickPay. Taxes are calculated correctly.
cause: On the payroll setup, on the further payroll information flexfield, the field 'Tax payments as one' to 'Yes'.
