"Search value cannot be null" Error in Order Tracker Advanced Search By: Items (Doc ID 2537447.1)

Symptoms

On Prod: 12.2.7 version, Runtime Catalog

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Search by Item in Order tracker page is not returning any orders.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Order Tracker shows orders with the item that ie being searched, so it should return these orders.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to iStore
2. Click Orders
3. Click Advanced Search
4. Search By: Items
5. Click LOV icon next to Part Number field
6. Enter complete part number and click Go

Error: Search value cannot be null

7. Enter partial part number (For example, XX%)
receive same error as above.
8. Enter partial part number (For example, %XX%),

Error: Invalid search criteria.
