Symptoms
When upgrading EBS from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.7, during the 12.2.0 upgrade driver step, there is a significant performance issue with the script "ont00161.sql ". It ran for almost 8 hours despite having multiple parallel sessions.
12 workers were resourced for this while applying the 12.2.0 upgrade driver.
