On : 12.1.3 version, GST Payables

When attempting to create a receipt after matching to BOE,
the following error occurs.

Encountered the error in trigger
JAI_RCV_RT_BRI_T1.ORA-06519: active autonomous transaction detected and rolled back
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JAI_RCV_T"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->India Local Payables
2. Create BOE invoice
3. Create receipt after matching the BOE.
Observe the issue

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
1. UAT is stuck as the users cannot demo the Imports Flow
