P6 / P6B / P9 Upload Process is Changing 'C' to 'S' Tax Codes by Mistake (Doc ID 2537771.1)

Symptoms

 Problem Statement:

The customer have ran the P6 / P6B / P9 Upload Process in order to change the Tax Code to the new 'C' code (according to the UK legislative changes starting from 06 april 2019), but the process is changing them to a 'S' code.

'S' code instead of 'C' code

 

 Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Go to HRMS Responsibility
  2.  (N) > View > Request > Submit a New Request
  3.  Run "P6 / P6B / P9 Upload Process"
