After Applying 12.1.3 RPC5 Finishing Configuration Does Not Return Control with Message "Configurator Processing, Please Wait..." (Doc ID 2537786.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Runtime UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After apply the following patches the "Configurator Processing. Please wait..." message stays up after Configuration is completed and control is never returned to the calling application:

1. 22644544 - Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 5 [RPC5]
2. 22706126 VCP 12.1.3.9.2 aka R12.SCP_PF.B.Delta.4 - Patch 22706126 - Patch for customers on EBS 12.1.3 only
3. 22751684:R12.FRM.B and 20657724:R12.FRM.B
4. 24843312 R12.INV.B.delta.16


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Configurator Processing. Please wait..." message should disappear and control should be returned to the calling application (Order Management)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility,
2. Create new order
3. Enter a configurable item associated with issue
4. Click on Configurator button
5. Select options
6. Preview configuration - no error
7. Click Finish configuration
8. "Configurator Processing. Please wait..." message is seen and control is never returned to calling application.
