Not Able To Update/change The Asset Number In Work Order

Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Work Execution
When attempting to update/change the asset number on a Work Order after the Order status is Awaiting Completion,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Query a Work Order
3. Change the Asset Numbe and save.
4. Get the aforementioned error message.
