BEE Spreadsheet - Create Batch Lines Fails with "Your Document Could Not Be Created" Error (Doc ID 2538880.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to download the spreadsheet to create the batch lines, the following error occurs.

Your document could not be created.
Please contact your support representative.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as HRMS Manager resonsibility
  2.  Go to Mass Information eXchange: MIX > BEE Spreadsheet Interface
  3.  Search for the batch
  4.  Select the batch, select "Create Lines" and click Process
  5.  Enter the element name and click Go
  6.  Screen freezes for about 5-10 minutes and the error occurs.
