E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Online Patching ADOP Utilities related issues

When attempting to run adop phase=fs_clone on systems with OUI 10.1.0.6 the following error occurs in the ohsclone.log file during DB_HOME registration and fs2 is removed (lost):

Additional errors in the logs include:

ERROR: RC-50410: Fatal: OUI Registration failed with an Abnormal Termination error during call from ouicli.pl. Please check the log file /admin/log/ohclone.log for more details.
