The 1099 Forms Comma Delimited Format report does not include the State Withheld Amount-Box16 to B18

Per Information Notice Personal Income Tax 2017-01 issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue (“DOR”) regarding Pennsylvania withholding requirement, the DOR requires a copy of the Federal Form 1099-MISC with the state income and state tax withheld information filled in (box 16 through 18) to be filed with the state. This is a requirement and Oracle should update allowing boxes 16-18 to be populated.
