Is There Any Way to Control "Prior Reservations Only" Option When Pick Releasing via Launch Pick Release? (Doc ID 2539145.1)

Goal

Customer would like to Pick Release Delivery Details which have reservations only.
And customer executes pick release via Shipping Transaction Form > Launch Pick Release.

Is there any way to control "Prior Reservations Only" option when pick releasing via Launch Pick Release?
