Invalid Japanese Translation in R12.2.6: FND_LOV_NO_RESULTS (Doc ID 2539671.1)

Symptoms

In R12.2.6 env, when the search result of any value list returned 0 records,the Japanese message shown "Youkyu ni icchi suru hinmoku ga mitsukarimasen deshita." is shown. The English message name=FND_LOV_NO_RESULTS is "No items were found matching your request." and the "items" phrase is translated as "hinmoku" and is not correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to EBS with Functional Administrator responsiblity.
2. At Grants tab, click the LOV icon in the third field (Set).
3. In the LOV windown, enter 'aaa' in the Search By Name field and click Go button.
