Pick-Drop of LPN is failing in WMS Mobile if delivery is 'Ignored for Planning' for an OTM enabled WMS ORG (Doc ID 2539678.1)

Symptoms


Org is OTM enabled. When we check the 'Ignore for planning' for some of the deliveries that do not need to go to OTM, we are not able to pick drop.
We get an error message

ERROR

Pick drop failed|Error in Txn Manager | Transaction processor error |
Failed to Pack/Unpack item|
Error: Error occurred while trying to assign or unassign delivery details from a container.

In the Organization Parameters, The Outbound Operation Plan is setup as LPN based consolidation in staging lane across deliveries

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create sales orders with two different deliveries and book it
2. Pick release the sales orders
3. Perform pick drop>>see error when check the Ignore for planning
