Getting Error 'You Have Insufficient Privileges For The Current Operation" In OTL Dashboard (Doc ID 2539913.1)

When attempting to utilize the Timecard Status Dashboard under Manager Self-Service, the following error occurs.

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Manager Self-Service

2. Navigation: Timecard Status Dashboard

3. Enter a Start Date, End Date and click GO

4. The resulting screen shows how many timecards were entered or not entered in the date range.

5. Click on the 1 under Approved and the detail list is populated under the Timecard Status Details section.

6. Click on the DETAILS icon next to the timecard you want to view.

7. Results in the following error:

You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.
