LCM shipment form not performing normally

step-by-step description of the issue:

1. Launch LCM Shipment form

2. Give inventory org and click Go

3. Click Create

4. Choose Context Value = Import Purchase (as given in screen shot)

5. Other fields like Bill of Lading No, Insurance Policy No and Insurance Policy date appears (as given in screen shot)

6. Select Bill of Lading No

Issue is, Context value or Bill of Lading No is not displayed thereafter.
