Goal

Received email from Payment System (i.e. Paypal, Paymentech) with the following subject:

"From SEP 2019 all the payment transactions should have PSD2 changes"

- What is PSD2 ?

- What is "Strong Customer Authentication" ?

- This authentication will be compulsory on the 14th of September 2019 but some card issuers could start forcing authentication earlier. What is the impact on IBY (Oracle Payments) module in regards to these changes ?
