Symptoms
The program GLCOEXCHILD: Transfer Balances for Single Ledger to Accounting Hub Reporting Cloud Service ends with the following Error:
Failed to raise business event - oracle.apps.fnd.wf.bes.BusinessEventException: Exception when Invoking Web Service -> oracle.apps.fnd.sif.util.SIFDataException: Unable to load WSDL definition: [oracle.apps.fnd.wf.bes.BusinessEventException - WSDL definition not found in cache, also cannot be loaded from URL
