Unable To Access Record Receipts Form - 'You Are Not Setup As Worker' Error (Doc ID 2540590.1)

When attempting to access Record Receipts form using responsibility 'AMA REQUESTOR', the following error occurs.
This only occurs for one person in Production instance.
Recent Java upgrade was done.


 'You are not setup as worker, to access the form you need to be a worker'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Receivables Module, Responsibility: AMA REQUESTOR
2. Navigate to Record Receipts Form
3. error is returned
