Java Mailer Does Not Send Notifications due to Error Response Code {502} Reason Line (Doc ID 2541252.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Workflow Mailer
WF mailer is up and running but not sending out notifications after applying TLSv1.2 updates from <Note.376700.1>.


ERROR

Receiving the following error in the FNDCPGSC* logs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Workflow Administrator web Applications Responsibility
b. Workflow Manager
c. Click on the Notification Mailers icon
d. Click on Workflow Notification Mailers link

Changes

 TLSv1.2 Patches from <Note.376700.1> were applied
