R12 AP : Prepayment Applying Error Message Is Changed after Before Applying latest RPC for Payables (22384200:R12.AP.B), when customer apply prepayment invoice to a fully paid invoice, error message was "You cannot enter an aApplying Latest Payables RPC (Doc ID 2541266.1)

Symptoms

Before applying latest RPC for Payables (22384200:R12.AP.B),  when customer apply prepayment invoice to a fully paid invoice,  error message was
"You cannot enter an amount which is greater than the total amount of the invoice"

But, it is changed to "Invoice has already been fully paid"

STEPS

1. Log in to Payables Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Invoices - Entry - Invoices.

3. Open Prepayment Application Forms.

4. Try to apply prepayment invoice to a fully paid invoice.
