Calculation step is not yielding correct results in Incentive compensation

After upgrading from 11i to R12 with OIC calculations noticed that for around 200 odd transactions so far have a different input achieved compared to the transaction amount. Used incremental calculation only so far with options as Resources in Notification log only.

When tried to re-calculate with full calculation, noticed that the calculation is completing normally, but in actual no calculation is happening.

The status in CN_COMMISSION_LINES is being reset to blank for all records for the duration when calculation is run. The status in this table was either 'CALC' or 'XPOP' after incremental calculation, but after complete calculation it gets reset to blank.

On subsequent attempts to do a incremental or full calculation, there is no change in the status in the lines table and input_achieved, output_achieved, commission_amount, commission_rate etc., are all remaining blank (null).

Expect that the calculation stamps correct data in the CN_COMMISSION_LINES table..
