Excess Recoverable Tax Amount Showing in GST Recovery Form (Doc ID 2541389.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, GST Payables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
a) CCID of Existing tax lines gets changed for ERS Invoice after adding a new item line and corresponding tax
b) Process claim form shows wrong amount for recovery after Step "a"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CCID shouldn't get changed and Process Claim form should show correct amounts

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a)Create a PO with two item lines and corresponding tax lines
b)Create a receipt for the same
c)Take recovery for the full amount
d)Create a ERS Invoice
e)Check the distributions of tax lines.It is hitting the same account as that of item line which is expected
f) Now add a new item line and its corresponding tax

ISSUE 1 After adding new item line+Misc tax line,for one of the already existing tax line the CCID changes to Interim recovery which is wrong
ISSUE 2 Because of this in process recovery the amount is showing wrongly


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot make payment and cannot take proper claim
