ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Message Name HR_EMBED_NOTIFY_APPR_FWD_MSG for HRSSA Notifications is 7 hours ahead of customer's timezone.

When viewing the notification in the worklist the timestamp is correct.

The problem with the timezone in Oracle (the time/date is 7 hours ahead on the email notification.

 



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Notifications to be on customers timezone.


STEPS
-----------------------


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Appraisal submitted for approval
Appraisal notification forward for approval
FYI email notification sent to appraise
Timestamp on email FYI notification 7 hours ahead; correct in worklist






Changes

 Customer has personalized their preferences that has has affected EBSO ALL workflow types.
