When applying patches as per EMEA Add-on Localizations - Upgrade steps to 12.2 (Doc ID 1593750.1) , post R12.2.7 upgrade, found patches were failed during application.
Customer was trying to upgrade from r12.1.3 to R12.2
Steps followed
-----------------
1. Run adsplice on fs1 .
2. Verify successful Splicing of EMEA Add-on Localizations on fs1 .
3. Apply 12.2 CLE Codeline patch and Upgrade patch on fs1 .
4. Apply patches 13768679 and 27638664
5. Patch 18712060 failed during application.
Error message
----------------
Index FIFO_LAYER_PKEY exists under CLE schema.
Checking for differences
Column_name and Uniqueness do not match for both file and DB Indexes
Creating Revised index
