On :  12.2.6 version, Support Codes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
PTO component's serial number is not coming to Installed Base. Installed base instance getting created, but associated component/option serial number not showing or getting associated in Installed base.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PTO component's serial number is not coming to Installed Base. Installed base instance getting created, Associated component/option serial number should get displayed in Installed base.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ship sales order with PTO Item
2. Verify Item instance details
