Symptoms

E-Business Suite 11i Workflow, Workflow Mailer Inbound Processing related issues

 

 

 

 

Workflow Mailer inbound processing stops (stuck), when there is a bad / junk / corrupted email in the imap inbox folder.


Once the incorrect formatted email is removed from imap inbox folder, the mailer starts processing the response emails again until it hits another incorrect email format.

The below error message is received in the mailer log file when the error occurs:

javax.mail.internet.AddressException: Missing '<' in string <EMAIL ADDRESS>'
