Problem Statement
Unable to launch Product Workbench(PWB) due to the following error.

Error
DLL file missing.
Unable to load C:\Orant\Oracle Product Workbench\PWB\aselan_US.dll.
Please make sure that C:\Orant\Oracle Product Workbench\PWB\aselan_US.dll exists.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Launch Product Workbench
    (R)Development Manager
    (N)Launch Product Workbench
