Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When attempting to run RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2018/19 or RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2019/20, the following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using 'UK HRMS Manager' Responsibility
2. (N) View -> Processes and Reports -> Submit Processes and Reports ->Submit Request
3. Run RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2018/19 or RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2019/20
4. Error occurs
