Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Mobile Related Issues
When attempting to apply EAM mobile patches, the following error occurs.
ERROR
Body 150 11 PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'ENABLE_EAM_PIS' is declared in a package specification and must be defined in the package body
Body 154 11 PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'DISABLE_EAM_PIS' is declared in a package specification and must be defined in the package body
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply mobile patches.
2. Observe the error.
