Symptoms

Payee Details input value on deduction element is required field.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager

2. People > Enter & Maintain > Search for an employee > Click Assignment > Element Entries > Entry Value > Payee Details is required
