Some RMA Are Automatically Populated With Serial Numbers From Oe_Lot_Serial_Numbers Table While Others Serial Number Do Not Exist in OE table (Doc ID 2542830.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Serial Numbers are not automatically populating on Manual RMA Orders (i.e. infr)
 
EXPECTATION
IF the Serial Number is associated with the Original Sales Order it should be automatically populated on the corresponding Return (RMA) sales order.

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Create RMA
3. Observe: Serial Number is not generated on the RMA
