For a Journal that has failed funds check after posing, 'View Results' button was clicked on Journals--Enter form.

The Budgetary Control Results page shows 'Fatal' status in Result Status Type.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new journal with Budgetary Control

2. Run posting program and fund check failed

3. Observe the unexpected status with 'Fatal'
