FASLSCAL: Calendar Listing Cannot Show the Last Period of Fiscal Year

Symptoms
Calendar Listing (FASLSCAL) cannot show the last period when the start date of the last period is the same as the last day of fiscal year.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Fiscal Year
Go to (N)Setup > Asset System > Fiscal Years
From Date To Date Mid Year Start Date Fiscal Year
----------- ----------- -------------------- -----------
01-JAN-2019 31-DEC-2019 2019
* The last day of fiscal year is "31-DEC-2019"
2. Create a Calendar
Go to (N)Setup > Asset System > Calendars
