Unable To Create More Than 10 Questions In New Questionnaire Functionality (Doc ID 2542957.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is unable to create and save a new question to questionnaire. The issue occurs if the user creates more than 10 questions.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to be able to add a new question to an old questionnaire.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HR Professional responsibility

2. Navigate to Performance Management

3. Go to Setup > Questionnaire Administration New

4. Search for questionnaire > Click on Update

5. The list of questions are displayed

6. Select "Add Question" > Click on Save and Preview

7. Unable to see the newly created question
