Invoice not appearing in CLE: VAT Register(CZ) effective from 01.01.2013.

Issue details 
--------------
Initially, the issue was raised with the EMEA VAT: Selection process for a particular trx_id was not picked up by the EMEA VAT: Selection Process.
This issue was solved where Oracle Financials for EMEA suggested the below update statement to update jg_zz_vat_trx_details table by inserting the tax_invoice_Date field with the appropriate value.
After running the update statement , that invoice is appearing in the EMEA VAT Selection Process but is not picked up by the CLE: VAT Register(CZ) effective from 01.01.2013.

Sample update suggested by Oracle Financials for EMEA
UPDATE jg_zz_vat_trx_details
SET
tax_invoice_date = :tax_invoice_date 
WHERE
trx_id = :trx_id;
--

 

Expected Behavior
---------------------
Expects this invoice to appear over this report "Invoice not appearing in CLE: VAT Register(CZ) effective from 01.01.2013"
