Error When Using Advanced Search In Email Center

Symptoms
When searching for email messages in Email Center, the following error is displayed. This error started after the application of the January 2019 CPU patches + Jar sign certificate.

Steps
(R) Email Center Supervisor
(N) Inbox > Click on Email Count
Click on Advanced Search
Choose Search criteria : e.g Agent , subject
Click on Search
The error above is displayed even though that 500 most recent messages are displayed below in the results page.
