R12: GL: GLLEZL: Journal Import Program Does Not Create Output File (Doc ID 2544076.1)

Symptoms

Journal Import program completes successfully, but it does not create output file.
There is no error in Journal Import Log file or Concurrent Manager log files.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into General Ledger Responsibility.
2. Go to Journal > Import > Run.
3. Review Journnal Import Output File.

Changes

Application upgraded from R12.1 to R12.2.
