Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Work Order Definition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
About 2000 jobs exhibit incorrect manufacturing lead time (i.e. time between job scheduled start date and job schedule completion date is very high).
The issue occurs for few resources (e.g. 'PREASSY') when discrete jobs are created via the Planning Workbench as well as manually created via the Discrete Jobs form.
The issue exists in Test and Production instances.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manufacturing lead time should not be high and it should be according to the routings setup.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps

Job 18477938 with Start Date = 14-DEC-2018 and Completion Date 08-JAN-2018 > manufacturing time =13 working days.

Lead time according to Routing for a simple pressure transmitter should be 3 working days.

Check discrete job for Sequence 100 first unit start date is 14th Dec - but first unit completion date is 7th Jan 2019.

Somehow the systems jumps from one days to another far in the future and we would like to know why this happens.
