Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.3 version, Server

Knowledge Center 12.1.0.4 .
Clicking the Manager link from the Home page, results in the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
When we click on KCenter > Manager tab it results in error as-
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. "

The event logs have following entries-
"KCenter: d:\User Productivity Kit\Knowledge Center 12_1\Web Server\KCenter\Manager\Users.aspx(118): error CS0103: The name 'FocusedID' does not exist in the current context "



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Knowledge Center with SSO link
2. Connect to Home page
3. Click on Manager link
4. Error occurs: "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. "
