Symptoms
When trying to log into BI Publisher through Microsoft Word BIP Plugin the user gets a 404 Error:
Steps to reproduce this issue are as follows:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Go to the BI Publisher Tab and load a report
3. Click on the Login Button
4. Input login details
5. User sees the 404 error
